Arbor is the Management Information System (MIS) we use in school. This is a database of all the student and staff records.
We use Arbor for payments and for communications – emails and, eventually, texts. Parents can access Arbor via the Parent Portal.
If you are new to the school, in September you will receive an Arbor welcome email giving details on how to log on to your child’s account. From there you can check your child’s details as well as see attendance and meals taken. You have the facility to check and amend your own contact details.
Making payment via Arbor
We are a CASHLESS school. We do not accept cash or cheques. All payments must be made via Arbor using a debit or credit card.
You will need to use Arbor to make payments for things like milk, trips, after school activities (clubs) and wraparound care (Breakfast and After School Club). You will use Arbor to make payments for school meals when your child is in Year 3 or above.
Wraparound Care – Breakfast and After School Club
Parents use Arbor to book and pay for Wraparound Care. Payment must be made at the time of booking. See the separate link for instructions on how to book wraparound care.
If you wish to pay using Childcare Vouchers or a Government Tax Free Account for wraparound care, please contact the office and we will set this up for you.
